A4LD questions

Hey guys, The second band back in the tranny not sure which one this is but the adjuster and the band broke. Tore into it a little last night (bell housing, OD band and clutch pack out) but dident want to get to far without more info. Does anyone know where i can get a manual for the A4LD? What is the easiest way to replace the band? I was going to remove the valve body but somthing seemed to be holding it on. What am i missing?
