A4ld swap to C5 thread?

OK, I've searched, and can't find one. There has to be one here, somewhere. Anyone want to assist in my search? For some reason the site won't search C5 for me. It says it's too short of a term.

Its all in here and been discussed many times. Once you read everything, if you have minor specific questions ask one of us who have done the swap. Its not hard at all.

Type in something like "C5 swap" or "A4LD to C5 swap" It won't let me link to a search and actually do anything.

I finally got it all in there. All I need to do now is hook up the kickdown, and shift linkage. I'm hoping to figure out a way to use the stock column shifter. Once it's all done, I'll get some progress pics posted. Here's a sneak peek for anyone that actually reads this thread. I did a little more than just a tranny swap! Details will be in a different thread later.

By the way, is there an easy way to switch the shift mechanism on the side of a C5 from up to down?
