About a SUnroof

Have a 96 XLT with sunroof. Does anyone know of instructions and parts for replacing the outside seal? Also, I'd like to replace my headliner, its getting dirty and has some grease spots, oops! Since my X has the sunroof I would think a simple replacement would be more difficult. Any experiences out there will be appreciated. Like to recover the sunroof shade also, how do I remove it??? Thanks for your answers.

dont have a sunroof but have delt with a couple of them...usually the sunroof shade comes out after you pluck down the headliner....the seal around it is upposed to be on there with like ultra glue 500000 wich lkast for ooh about 3 years or 36 thousand miles so then you have to pay to have it fixed...the eal is a ***** to get off and less fun to put on it like trying to hold on to water impossibel....but dont let me discourage you....also it may be best left to a pro with a sunroof there a nice luxury but if you dont know how to do it then dont paying some one to be frustraited is much easier than you being that way.
