ABS always engaged???

Ok, my brother-in-law has a 96 ford explorer limited. When they go to stop the ABS kicks in no matter if they are on dry/wet pavement. Anybody have any ideas why this is happening?????

noone else ever had this prob??

They must have a one in a kind truck! LOL

use the search and look up ABS sensor and how to change. that might be the issue, or a sign of a hub going bad.
