Comes on when i get to about 20mph, until then the brakes 'stutter'. Would it be best to try and clean the abs sensors first? or just replace them straight away. Also my check engine light is constantly on, the code came up with emissions problem. Again should i try cleaning the o2 sensors or just flat out replace them? is cleaning even possible?

You can check and see if any of the ABS sensors have built up gunk on them and see what happens after cleaning them. Is is also possible you have tire sizes miss-match and causing a problem for it to read correctly. all 4 tires need to be the same size and inflated the same
And no you cannot clean an O2 sensor. But really it would depend on what the code is for. Just saying emissions could mean any of the many many possible things on the engine that can mess up.

I will try cleaning the abs sensors then and see if that works as i have just had (this week) 4 new tires and alignment sorted and that didnt correct problem. As for o2, looks like ill try replacing one first then the other to see if that is the problem (what is it? $100ish for both?) worth a try i guess.
