OD light & check engine

OD light on and check engine, trying to smog, passed all emissions tests but check engine light is on so can not get cert in Los Angeles area. Code P0775 ctrl B sol Malfunction. Changed solenoid pack block and no change. Had it scanned shifts OK all is well in transmission. Mechanic says ECU is not reading properly need to repair ECU. I can not find ECU, But has anyone had this problem, can anyone share this nightmare with me.

What do you mean buy you can't find the ECU? If you need to look at the ECU it is under the hood bolted to the fire wall. It will have 3 large plugins bolted to it.
