My abs kicks in at last second of braking, how do i remove it for cleaning or replacement, can i remove it once i have removed the rotor

Chances are that it is one of the front wheel sensors. First thing to do is pull the plug for the sensor and give it a good clean inside with switch cleaner. In a lot of cases this will solve the issue. If you need to get to the sensor you will need to remove the disc and the back plate. These are not available as a separate item and come as part of the hub assembly.
