Just recently ive been having ABS problem. at random times i will get that ABS shudder in the brake pedal and when that happens it pulls to the right really hard. THe ABS light has not come on at all. I checked all the lines and the fluid level and they are fine. I could use the info.

The first thing to do is to make sure that all your brakes are working ok. It could well be a sticky cylinder. So I would take them all apart and clean them up. If the rears are not working right then you get more front end braking and it could be that which is causing the abs to activate.

Tomorrow im going on a big wheeling trip so i hope i will be alright. After i get back though i will look over the rear brakes. I just replced the rear rotors and pads about a month ago. i did the left side and my friend did the right side. I failed to look over my friends work. I will check them and get back.

for now just pull the abs fuse. they should have made a switch for it cause it blows.

maby the 35's are confusing them although this is just a guess

Ok i found out what the problem was. As you know your abs sensor connects to you hub. Turns out my wheel bearings were going bad. I replaced the the hub assemblies this weekend and the abs light went out. Voila! i fixed two problems at once.

I have this same problem...
I have just put my new rotors and pads on too. the problem went away for a while but now its back again.

the abs cuts in when you are going at slow speeds and hit the brake...

I think im gonna try cleaning the sensor before i do anything.
