My brother put on a pair of Warn Manual Hubs for me and while doin so he somehow broke the ABS sensor. He said that while he had the hubs and stuff off he replaced the ball joints (I think) and accidently broke the ABS sensor somehow. Now my ABS light is always on. Anyone know how much it'l cost me to fix it?

Funny, I did the EXACT same thing 2 weeks ago and am wondering the same thing. I broke mine not knowing exactly what it was and how it comes out. Its wedged in a hole in the knuckle. Not knowing what exactly it was, or that the metal casing wasn't all that strong, I removed from the knuckle by hitting it with a punch till it came out. After it was out, I noticed I put a hole in the case due to the punch. Oops, live and learn I guess. I learned not to make the same mistake on the other side. I'm willing to bet your brother made a very similiar error. I don't mind too much driving with the ABS light on, but if its cheap to fix, no biggee.

I noticed the date and the fact that no one has posted a solution. I replaced mine not to long ago. It was simple and didn't break the old one. lol. Removed the retaining clip on the sensor, remove the hub locks, rotor and gently tap the sensor end with a punch. My new ABS sensor was $55.00. Irratic ABS behavior gone and dummy light off.
