AC Blower intermittent problem

I've got a 99 Explorer 4.0 Sohc Eddie Bauer edition with the electronic tempature control. Occasionally when I start the truckand the blower will not come on. The ac compressor is still working and the rear blower will still work. Later,
Sometimes an hour or so later when I restart it again it will be back on.
Any ideas? I'm thinking blower control module.

If you are thinking it's the resistor block, I'd have to agree with you.
