I'm changing the AC clutch and pulley on my 1994 Explorer and I'm looking for correct spec for the air gap. I watched a video for Ford trucks in general and they said that .20 to .30 of an inch. Does anyone have the actual Ford spec for a 94?
I have searched the forums here and I got no results returned. I know that someone will reply to use the existing shim and that might work, but I would like to have the actual Ford spec.
Thank you in advance for any help you can give.

That's a good question. you have FS10 compressor
The spec for your air gap 0.35 to 0.85 mm (0.015 to 0.033 inch); the 8 mm nut is torque to 8 to 10 #/ft.
Check the clutch before putting it in service.
