ac compressor click once - normal?

I'm selling my explorer and a potential buyer was concerned about the 1 click after starting the engine. Thanks to this site, I was able to deduce it was just the AC compressor. now, I'm wanting to know if this is normal for it to click ONCE - I saw a lot of threads about it clicking multiple times and diagnosing that. the click is about 5 seconds into the youtube below



Thanks for the help in advance. Explorer treated us well - 161k and still runs like a champ. no more room for it as an extra car sadly so it's got to go

If the ac is on when you start the engine, there is a delay of a few seconds before the clutch "engages". This is normal. Good luck with your sale!
