ac/heater switch ????

93 xlt....heat and ac only works on high setting...anyone have any ideas.
This happened on my old car but i brought to the dealer under warranty, I have no idea what they did to fix it.

If the blower only works on the high speed position, then it probably needs a replacement blower resistor assembly. $15~20

Yep blower motor resistor. Located to the right of the blower motor on the heater box in the engine bay(passenger side) very cheap & easy fix.

oh btw, can this be found at a auto parts store, or do i need to go to the dealer?

By me none of the local stores had 1 in stock. You can order it though. A few days to get. Or buy it online. You likely would over pay at a dealer, but check anyway.
