AC Not blowing air. Dead blower?

Very quick question, and I hope some of you can help me. Today suddenly the AC didn't work. Just no air was being blown, though I could hear the compressor clicking when turning on and rear AC unit also works. So I figured it was a fuse or a blower. Checked the fuses and they were fine so I am gonna guess its the blower. The blower was somehow faulty anyway, as MAX Ac didn't work (didn't recirculate).

Are there any guides on how to change the blower? I already have the cost of the blower, but two AC Technicians were billing me $500+ to change that (and fix the vacuum lines/ball which aren't doing their work). I am really not willing to pay that so I can do it over the weekend. Any good guides for working with the blower? Thanks in advance and have a nice day!

the blower is easy to get to, but step 1 is a good diagnostic. You need to unplug the connector, set the blower switch on high, and check for 12v at the connector you unplugged, if there is 12v the blower is bad, if there isnt then the problem lies elswhere

Thanks Ricky. I tested it and yes, power is passing through fine. I then tried something I read in another EF thread... just give it a good hit. It started working again, though I don't know for how long. Seems like a good dirty job for a Saturday afternoon.

lol, its all good. IIRC, its a 15 minute job, really easy as far as blower motors go
