93 ranger
I have a 93 ranger wit 3.0 v6 and my ac blows cool but not cold
 






Needs a recharge, but that will not be easy. Your 93 takes the old style R12 refrigerant, which is not sold anymore.
 






Yea I bought the retro fit adapter and was gonna try that route but didn't know if I'd have to replace some of the major components
