acting like it wants to stall at a stop??

I have an 03 explorer with the 4.0 Not all the time but a good chunk of the time when I come to a stop light or when I am sitting in the drive through my explorer revs up a little and then acts like it is going to stall. It never actually stalls but it acts like it. This continues until I am able to push down the gas to drive then I don't have any problems. I had the fuel filter changed to see if that would fix it but no luck there...any ideas??

It was a bad o2 sensor, the original shop never fixed it.

thats what i was gunna say... had the same prob recently from running too rich... had to always have my left foot on the brake and the right foot on the gas keeping the revs up
