Active grille shutters & whipple intercooler

Just heard my active grille shutters moving around at idle tonight and they are quite noisy. They creak like an old staircase! The truck is brand new so I'm wondering if maybe my newly installed Whipple iC is putting some extra pressure on the shroud? Complete conjecture though as i dont recall it going in too tightly. Anyone have a Whipple ic with this issue and/or heard of noisy shutters and the remedy therefore?

I read on another post that the OP had the same thing and a popping sound after installing the Whipple IC and he found that one of the slats was coming into contact with the IC bracket. He took a Dremel to the slat and created some clearance between the two and his problem was solved. Hope this helps.
