Howdy my name is Dave and i reside in sunny Atascadero. I own a 93 explorer 4x with the mazda 5 speed. Right now i am currently residing in Baqubah Iraq with the 649th MP CO out of San luis Obispo. I have been out of touch with the fourwheelin world. I want to gut my 5 speed and go to an auto however the three speed isn't favorable. I run 33's w/ 4.56's. Eventually i want to jump up to 35-36's so the extra gear obviously would be helpful. Any info on the R&D would be great. I am also looking at putting the 3.8:1 transfer case in (the wife said i can get that when i return home). My rig when on the road is my daily driver unfortanitly the only thing its driving is the blocks it sits on while i am away. Man i miss my explorer.
