Adapters??

I just bought some 22s for my 05 xlt because i got a hell of a deal..400 bucks..but they dont fit ..they came off an f150 i knew they wouldnt fit so i figured id just buy adapters but i was wondering if the rims would stick out to far and look stupid or if they would be fine..anyone have advice or pics or have seen one with that had apaters?? thanks

depends on the wheel offset and backspacing. Any specs on the wheels?
