Add a factory oem sub to an 05.

Hi everyone. A quick question please. I have a stock 2005 explorer xlt and have no desire to start switching head units and all. Went through that phase 20 years ago and am plenty happy to just stick with stock OEM parts these days.

Anyways I've seen several of these ford explorer factory oem subs around. is this something i could hook up easily to the existing factory head unit? anywhere you could point me for diagrams / instructions on installation / placement etc.?

Look at the back of your receiver, I think it needs to have these 3 plugs:

The smaller plug to the left is the sub controller harness. The middle is rear DVD controls, etc. The biggest on the right is the regular radio harness.
