Add-a-leaf for 2001 Explorer Sport

I've got a 2001 Explorer Sport and I want to lift the back end just a bit. I've read articles saying that the best option is to add an 'add a leaf' spring. Anybody have a recommended source? I didn't find anything on the Autozone site.

check to see if it is a mono leaf first, if so , no add a leaf on that fiberglass spring,,

if not as mono leaf than an add a leaf is doable from Summit racing

Don't see why you can't do an add a leaf regardless? But I'd still suggest you go to the junk yard and pull the leafs off a 4-door if you have the mono. Stronger, and it won't sag much more than it already is. THe add a leaf will start sag eventualy to, mine is

you cannot do an add a leaf on the fiber spring, it will snap it,, that's why,,

Newer sports had the regular leaf pack(pretty sure, i'd still take a peek). You can get the AAL from summit racing. I think it was 35 bucks. I think I had to buy a different center bolt thought. I have an AAL and 4 door leaf pack on my sport. I love the ride.
