add a leaf or shackles?

ok i am doing the f 150 coil spacers for the front... but im not sure what to get for the back... should i get the add a leaf or shackles???... right now i have a 3 inch bl. thanks for any opinions later

Do you tow or carry heavy loads often? Are your leaves already a bit sagged? If so go with the aals. I'd personally go with the double aal, even if it makes your rear sit a bit higher; because your leaves are 10 years old.

i dont carry heavy loads and the most i tow is 3 or so 4 wheelers.... i was thinking the aal but will it lift the rear as much as the coil spacers will lift the front??? how much and where can you get the double aal

both from 4 wheel parts, single is around $30, 1-1.5"; double $75, 2-2.5".

aight thanks i think im gonna wait and go with the double..... i was just outside lookin at my leaf springs and i have almost no arch in them
and the stock shackles is probably like 65-70 degrees instead of 90

i personaly went to a local spring shop and told them i would like an aal and to rearch the original springs(that might only be possible for mono leafs?) for a total lift of like 3" they did a good quick job that ran me about 125 total

do you have the monoleaf because i i have the leaf pack with 4 leaves

the 95-00 explorer sports had monoleaf, everything else ( 91-94) ( 01) have multileaf...
