A real common trick on the 5.0l's is to install an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and then jack the fuel pressure up to 46-48 lbs minimum. I'd ike to try a similar tactic on a 4 banger, but I can't seem to find anyone that lists an adjustable regulator for the smaller engines. Does anyone know if the regulators are the same or similar enough to swap? If not, do you know of a place that sells one for the 4 bangers?

Thanks!

Hey Tex,
I have no clue! But - I see you're from Middleburg - up near Jax, right? My in-laws live up that way. Any good beginner trails in your area? I will be up there for Easter and quite honestly I will be bored around them Dead Link Removed

BTW - What is the concept on fuel pressure regulator? Forces more fuel through the injectors? If so, what happens if the injectors are 19#?

That's exactly right. The added pressure pushes a tiny bit more fuel throught the injector. It makes the injectors behave as if they were a little larger.

I don't know of any trails near here, but there might be some. We moved here very recently and I'm still learning the area.
