Adjusting headlights

My headlights are angled to low and im trying to adjust them. does any one have any suggestion on the best way to adjust the set screws? I cant seem to find anythign that will grip them well.

I believe you need an 1/8 or 3/16 socket to turn the adjusting rod. That's the way mine is and there is only one adjuster. Look at it from the top, there is a whole for the adjuster rod.
