Advice is needed for servo bore sleeve replacement.

I have a 2003 Ford Explorer 4.0 liter 2wd which needs new OD salvo sleeve. Is there anyway to replace it without having to drop the transmission? I’m also in the process of replacing the front timing chain cassette is there anyway I can slide the plastic part on without having to take off the water pump, jack stand, ect…… or any other ways around it. I already have the driver side cable cover off.

I believe you can put an o-ring repair servo in vehicle.

The cassette, no you have to pull a lot of stuff to do that. Oil pan too.

Resleeving the bore requires removing the transmission, but you could install aftermarket servos with O rings while the transmission is in the vehicle.
