Aerostar with an A/C blend door problem.

Hello,

I have a '95 Aerostar XLT
My A/C blows cold for a while then starts blowing SUPER HOT!
Refrigerant is full, Could it be the damper door?
The hot/cold is on the colde side, however it will not turn pass middle way (12 o'clock" position.

Any suggestions or repair tips guys?

Welcome to this forum! The blend door is cable driven, so there must be something obstructing it from moving completely into the cold position.

The cable is on the passenger's side of the dashboard. It's unlikely that it will need to be adjusted. Something is obstructing the movement of the blend door.

can i cut in to the plenum box like on an explorer

Don't cut the box. This blend door is already cable driven unlike the Explorer which has an electric actuator.
