Hey guys this will probably be my last thread on this forum and I just wanted to say thanks for the help so far...Now the question.
The car I am working on is a 2001 ford explorer sport and I have been working on installing a Remote start/ keyless entry system and I am having some problems with installing it. The wiring diagram I have says there are the door lock switch wires in the driver kick panel area and I found the wire...the problem is that there is three of them the exact same color that test the same and I dont know which one to splice into. Its the same for lock and unlock and I am just a little confused. I tried just guessing and when I hit the switch the door locks just went crazy and kinda freaked me out lol.
Any help would be appreciated.
