yeah, i just sat on the ground in front of it and reached behind it to do it. you really cant get your head in there because somthing is in the way anyway i think.

hey, yeah, technically they dont...it works though. frame is exactly the same as the 96 up, but i think that they have holes there already. youll just have to drill holes yourself. its that simple
umm...honestly i have no idea...i could try to figure out which one it was by which bit is the dullest in my dewalt set i dunno, just which ever seems best for the size of the bolts that come with it.
