Aftermarket HU w/ built in satellite radio?

Does anyone know of any aftermarket HUs with built in satellite radio? Not talking about satellite ready....talking about built into the receiver.

I know there was one at one point... I want to say it had the XM tuner built right into it...

I don't think I gave you much... I do believe crutchfield used to sell it... I bet if you call them or use their online chat they could help you out though... Point you in the right direction if nothing else...
