Howdy. I'll have photos of my Ex 2.0 tomorrow. And I've decided to keep it out of the snow and salt. I'm thinking of buying yet another XLT from the same dealer for $700 for winter. A winter beater, but it's not a beater. Anyway, is there any really good way to keep the rocker panels from rusting? I did a forum search but couldn't find what I was looking for. I do know that a wash every 2-3 days helps a lot, but is there any more that can be done? Thanks again.

I don't know how good they are but... how about a can of RustO'lium spray paint? Also, undercoating helps minimize rust.

Ziebart...It will keep it from rusting. I dont knkow if it stops rust that is already there though.
Doesnt cost anything to stop & ask them what they can do.

Move to California! :D

Actually, I'm just kidding. There are too many people here already and our governor sucks. But cars don't rust here (well, at least not very fast)

Keeping it very, very clean, helps slow rust down.
You living in Michigan, however have an up hill battle. Salt is your eniemy.
Best of luck to you.

www.por15.com how many more times will I post this in threads like this?
