My 97 AWD Limited is bouncing a LOT on the front end. Ordered the replacement shocks recommended on this forum for my air ride system (Monroe's 40005 - Front Both, 40006 - Rear Right, 40007 - Rear Left)
Mine has the Normal/Offroad switch that lifts the vehicle 2-2.5" and just noticed the switch no longer turns on the compressor or lifts the vehicle. When I turn off the vehicle and get two people to stand on the back bumper the compressor does turn on, and I don't hear the compressor running a lot when it shouldn't. I'm wondering why the Normal/Offroad switch doesn't work anymore and if I have an air problem will the 4 new air shock I just bought be worthless.
Ideas, comments, troubleshooting tips? Thanks!
