Air speed control button light burnt out...

the one below the radio that is on the left that makes the air come out slow or fast. the light behind it is burnt out and i emailed torrie at FPN and he doesn't know what part# it is. anyone know what is needed to replace it? is it just a little bulb or do i need to replace a switch or something like that? thanks.

Don't know, but it should be fairly easy to pull the panel out and see what's back there. I replaced several bulbs behind my instrument panel, and nothing could be worse than getting to those little things...and it wasn't really that hard a job once I got into it.
 






The HVAC unit takes a few minutes to remove. The bulbs are replaced from the rear of the unit. It "might" take a 194 bulb like the speedo cluster, but not sure.
 






Hey Alphabets, I'm about 30 seconds away from you, haha. Do you know anything about the overhead console install man? I have the stuff, just afraid I might screw it up. If you know anything, can you give me a hand?

hey man, pittston area representin on the explorer forum :cool: i never did an overhead install as mine was factory, but i know there are threads about it on here somewhere. just search and you'll find'em. i can always help out when i have the time.
