airbag code reset

I am trying to find the airbag diagnostic port for a 1996 ford rangerxlt was a 2.3l. I have a code 52. I saw a post it is located by the computer.It is on a 95 but not on 96. Saw a dealer photo showing it by the airbag. Not. I have the airbag out and dash apart and still no plug.Hayne was no help. Any help at this point would be welcome. Have inspection in 4 days.

I saw another post on another site. Many have asked the same question i did with crazy answers, none work. This guy posted he watched them reset the light threw the diagnostic plug. Went to see a friend that works at a local shop and asked him if he could do it and how much. He was about to do it. His program did not show how. His scanner finally brought it up and he cleared the airbag code. Cost me a tip of $10.00. Good to see there are some honest guys still out there. Inspection passed after i changed the center link and tierod. Happy as a clam.
