Thks for the welcome and my 92 Explorer XLT was on its last leg about that time, i bought it for $1200 put about 30k miles on and blew the A4LD up and sold it for $1800. Lasted about 3 years. I worked at Ford at the time and did a extra heavy duty job on the frame recall and upgraded the worthless brakes Ford put on it.
