i have an 03 ST with an in cab alarm tone going off but its a different tone than seat belt bell... i also have a little yellow guy in a seat with an air bag in his face... what is he lit up for???

that indicates an issue with your SRS (air bag system)

you can either count the flashes they will be sequenced to make a 2 digit number if i recall this in turn can be used to diagnose your issue. or take it to a stealership and they can tell you the issue too
