Yeah I'd like to know too. I had heard that bumper regulations were going to change, but a height limit? In reality a lot of SUVs now are no higher than passenger cars, so a 2 inch drop would make them LOWER.

2" lower eh...? Sounds like those of us that buy an SUV in 2002, will just have to lift them 2" more, because after all it's truly a shame if you can't run 33s...

In that case, I say make the cars 2" HIGHER.
