aluminum coil spacer not fitting?

i got this 2 inch coil spacer off ebay and it was listed for a 91-94 explorer and the spring it phisicaly too small to slide over the spacer , i even jacked up underneath the control arm to put pressure on them thinking they would snap in and they still didnt work

and i doing something wrong

yup im going to return them,

i just scored some f250 4x2 spring mounts for 2$ each, so ill just use thos.looks way more safe than the ebay ones
