Not everyone will receive one in the mail. Owners of some early build 2011 models must bring their car to the dealership for the update. You can log onto Syncmyride.com and click on the upgrade and it will tell you if you need to take it in or not. If a dealer visit is necessary, it will have you print out some sort of form/notice to bring to the service department.

Hmmm .... any news?

You're not the only one. I have a 2012 that I bought in Feb. Waited patiently and finally got frustrated last week and decided to call. They said I had to take it to the dealer (which is not what the website said) and that they'd help me set an appointment. When asked if there was anything else she can do, I said "well, how about mailing me the update" she said "ok, let me try" and the order went through. Go figure. Hopefully it'll be here in the next week or so.
