concerned about something, do you think that putting LED bulbs on stock tailights would make a difference in brightness or will they be the same? Cause I got a 94 X and you know the don't sell alteezas for earlier model Explorers and I don't like the clear tailights, and also cause they're illegal here in Virginia? But anyways would they make a difference in Brightness just to put them on on stock red tailights?? Let me know guys. Thanks
thanks.. i was going to bid on one of those.....nobody bid against me... .... by the way...there are 2 amber bulbs in the corners..are they both the same bulb?
alphasylum: did you get your LED's yet... i got mine and i must say i am rather dissapointed..they are very dim...you almost can't see them blink....anyone else have LED's and have that problem? is that how they are supposed to be? i thought they would be brighter than my other lights
I just got my AMBER LED's the other day and they suck! Not that they are dim but most of the light that you see normally is reflected off the back of the housing. The led's only project straight out so they suck. they look bright when you look at them outside of the housing. Now put then in the lense housing and they look dim and suck. I say stick with cool looking color bulbs!
i think thats waht im going to do...but now im pissed...because i bought 4 of these..i don't know what im going to do with them now..maybe the guy i bought them from will take them back...ughhh
