TJANG.
What kinda volume ?...any...heh
I mostly listen to country music, i admit going with 2 15" magma was an bit much and i got them turned down about 30%, but you can turn it wide open, and it just stays clear, ofcourse the neighboor hood doesn't really like it too much , neither does the dog next door, but it's awesome just to have an steroe i can crank up to 50.
But in most cases i don't even go over 25-30 on the radio, and that's about loud enough.
How i like them ?....i had an kicker solobaric but traded it in for the magma's and i like them better , then sound more clearly then the solo baric did, ofcourse i have 2 phoenix gold amps hooked on it , with an 130 amp alternator , 4 gauge wires with 2*60 amp fuse box and an digital capacitor , so my headlights don't flash when i do decide to turn it up.
Ofcourse this also has an neat price-tag on it, i think i vbought my magma's for like 220 bucks a piece, the amps where like 400 bucks a piece , then the capacitor for about another 100 , cabling, materials ...altogether i would say close to 1700 bucks all together , not including mid/high speakers in the front , mid in the rear and high on the doors and the equalizer and radio.
the radio is an JVC 838 with an single cd, wich works fine for me,cause i never listen to whole cd's anywyas....and the equalizer is an pioneer with graphs....
i tsounds really great.
and as far as the magma's go , i can really recommend those, i think an 15" single would make the car rock , heck even an 12" sounds great, but beware to build your speaker box really good.....i always say , there's no such things as TOO much screws, the 1st box i build of 1" MDF blew apart after an week with those magma's...so beware of that , they produse enormous sound levels...i have never tested mine but it's over 130's range i'm pretty sure...
