Amp not drawing current

Im wondering what might be happening here. I have an Alpine V12 I hooked back up again, it has a display that lets you monitor current draw. Increasing volume doesnt increase current draw. The subs are receiving audio, as I can see them flexing to the song, but it appears they are unaffected by more or less volume. Any ideas?

Your subs dont get louder with the volume? Check out your wiring, make sure you have them wired right, and your not over loading the amp, or have it wired differnt than before.

Well, I'm not sure, guess it was a ghost fault. I removed the RCAs to test the input signal in, it looked ok, put the RCAs back and suddenly everything was back to normal.
