AMP problem

i have a Visonik 1000 watt 4 channel amp going to 2 subs, but my remote for the amp will not work. i tried turning the gain all the way down on the amp itself, but still have no luck...any ideas?????

ok..im not 100% on this but u can run a wire from the chassis of the amp..the outside to the remote..that will ground it and should fool the amp into thinking its from the HU and it should kick on..if it does then its a problem with the remote from the HU to the amp

if it doesnt kick on it may be the amp..unless im wrong..i like 85% on this but i figured it would give u something to try untill someone that knew what was going on could chime in
