- 2003 Ford Explorer XLT
Hey everyone! Well its been a while since I have been on here. When I originally sign up to this forum; I had a 2000 Eddie Bauer Explorer, and I was married. She thankfully took the Eddie Bauer in the divorce.
I had a 2002 Dodge Dakota which was my baby. I kept that, but a few month after my divorce. I ended up trading the Dakota due to complications of getting in and out of it. It was a big mistake; because I ended up trading it for a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser Convertible. After about a few months I was regretting that decision. I was having a TRUCK withdrawal. I was missing my Dakota. The Cruiser was nice in the summer, but it just wasn't me. I want a truck or an SUV. I started looking at more Dakota's, but then I was open to other smaller pick-ups and SUV's like Jeep Cherokee's, Chevy Trailblazer, and of course Ford Explorers. I was very close to getting a Trailblazer LTZ. It was listed the same as my car was worth, but the dealer wouldn't give me what I wanted for the Cruiser. They only wanted to give me $3k for my car that only had 71k miles and worth a little over $6k. I am on disability and dont want nor can I afford any payments. I wanted to even trade like I did before. Then I saw this Explorer, and remembered that they were really interested in my car....I test drove it, loved it and they loved my car. WE MADE A DEAL!!!
