Another Engine Code, SAME ONE!

Okay this is probably the third time ive gotten that same code. P0305, misfire in cylinder 5. The engine starts getting real rough and "jerky". I replace the spark plug the last time and saw the spark plug to be cracked. Now the same code popped up again. What can be happening? I'm totally lost.

I recently changed the plug wires. They are under warranty. I will change them all out and change that damn spark plug again. Hopefully it doesn't do it again.

the missing cylinder error codes is how the symptoms started when I needed the air intake o-rings replaced. my 'trusted' mechanic said this was a common issue, at least on my 99 but I can't say for sure if it applys to 00s. also, with the o-ring prob the missing and rough running gets considerably better when the engin warms up (o-rings soften and seal)
