Another IAC question. Got stuck now!

Just came from my local Autozone and Strauss auto, and wow their going for about $90 without tax. ive looked on ebay and found one for a 96 explorer but not sure if it will fit. the price for this is great and ill purchase it once someone confirms it will work on my explorer.

If anyone can confirm that a 96 IAC will work on my engine, then ill purchase it this weekend.

There should be a thin paper gasket on the IAC, perhaps it fell off when you removed the IAC valve.

If so, no I don't hjave that. But I found a website, called them up, its called Rockauto.com
And they said they have a generic one for $30.88, and plus that gasket which I don't have (I brought the rubber oring shaped like a 8). Looks good. Ill be ordering later tonight.
