Another Noise i cannot locate

anyone have any ideas as to what this could be. i have this rattling noise coming from around the exhaust not sure if its a heatshield gone bad or what. sounds identical to the noise heard in this video.

I had a similar noise with my 1997 Explorer. The noise only occurred when the vehicle was moving, so it took a long time to track it down. Finally my mechanic discovered two issues. A plastic shield near the drive shaft had warped and the weights on the drive shaft were hitting it. He cut the warped plastic piece out. If it had been on a lift, the drive shaft would not have hit it. It had to be on its wheels. Also, the skid plate under the gas tank was loose so he secured it. After he did this work the noise was eliminated. Since your problem occurs at idle, I suggest checking the heat shield.
