At speed 30MPH+ the truck is making a noise. I think it's coming from the front of the truck, it sounds like a very fast ticking at pace with the wheel speed, it changes according to your speed. It started when I hit a pot-hole on the highway a few months ago, and it just keeps getting worse.

front wheel bearings?? You didn't say if it is 4x4 or 2wd, I would jack the it off the ground and spin the each wheel with your hands to find out which side is bad.

You might want to check the ball joints and tie-rods as well since you hit the pot-hole at a pretty fast speed.

it could be what ranger said, it also sounds like you might have something stuck in your tire?? i wish everything was that easy

could be co incidence or it could be u-joint if 4x4

It could be very well u-joints. You'll have to craw under the truck and shake onto the drive shaft to see if it is loose. If it is U-joint, it would sound like somebody is banging onto the underside of the truck or sound like the exhaust pipe is hitting the body.

Again, we don't know if you have 4x4. The chance of the u-joint going bad on the front is very slim. It does not have much use as the rear. If the sound indeed sound like it is from the front, it doesn't hurt to check the rear drive line.
