I went to America's Tire Co. today (Discount Tire) and asked which 32" tires they had. The guy told me they had 4 32" BFG AT ko's, and quoted me a price of $603 without 'tire warranty' and about $670 with.
the price includes 4 tires, mounting on new rims, putting new rims on explorer, balance.. the works. Ive seen threads that talk about the tire mounting, balancing, etc.. but none including putting tires on rims, and rims on car (i figures it shouldnt make a difference since they have to take the stock wheel off anyways, but i want to make sure). I saw that "97X" got 4 rims, 4 tires, balancing, etc for $608, so im guessing thats just an unbelievable deal.
purpose of the thread: is $670 a good price for that? i saw that "97X" for 4 wheels, 4 tires, balancing, etc for $608, so either he got a hell of a deal or $670 is too much.
