Antenna removal from HU

I need to take out the stock antenna in the back of the stock HU. I looked at it and tried pulling, but it wouldnt come out. SO, how do I remove it? Is there a trick or something?

Just pull the plug from the back of the HU.

I tried pulling... Maybe I just need to pull harder It seems like its in there pretty good.
