Doing front axle Ujoints one side no problem, the other side the 2 bolts that hold the anti lock break sensor are rusted to the point where the 6 mm 12 point socket doesn't work.
The other bolt an 8mm 6 point is also rusted but I think I can get that out by cutting a slot and using a screwdriver hopefully. Problem with the 6mm bolt is that its inset and no way get dremel in there to cut slot.
Any and all help is appreciated

Stuck on jackstands

Somebody has to have had this problem.

I had this problem. It took a long time, but I used the dremel and a couple grinding stones to grind the top off the bolt and then used a punch to knock it out-- couldn't get a cutting wheel in there. I also had to grind away some of the rubber from the sensor to get the stone down in there because the sensor was stuck there too (if you can get the sensor out it would be easier, it has its own bolt and is not attached to the bolt or outer metal protector that you're trying to remove, but mine was rusted into the knuckle.)

An alternative would be to use a cut-off wheel to cut into the outer protector thing from the outside of the knuckle where the bolt threads into it-- if you cut into it at the base you might be able to save the "protector thing" but otherwise you could buy new ones-- about $40 at the Ford dealer.
